Why we exist
When we got married we started making 16k a year, desperate to advance, knowing God had already provided everything we knew we were missing something and that we were the problem not God.
Our faith just wasn't working, instead of blaming God we searched the scriptures and received help from mentors, after time of sowing God's word in our hearts and applying what we were learning we were able to experience so many testimonies in our life where we now have enough evidence to train others how to get their faith to work for them, from taking authority over demonic spirits and seeing immediate results, seeing healing and speedy recoveries in our family, believing house for not just one house but two, and buying a multiple six figure business with no money just one word from God, to know being equity partners across different ventures and now helping others to do just that, we believe the philosophy God gave us which we call The Jethro Code is one way to see multiplication in our lives, and it is our desire to see every disciple live a fruitful life.

In the world where many say their faith can't work for them, some leaving the faith, others being as faithful as they can possibly be but still not seeing results in their life we believe the right teaching and training is absolutely necessary, we are not here to replace your church or discipleship program, we are simply here as consultants to help you activate the things you may have missed which could be the reason why you haven't seen results in your life

Live trainings & on Demand: in person and online trainings based on various topics such as how to believe God for a house, a business, to pay your bills, for a healing, for a fruitful marriage, how to not be double minded so you can receive from God, how to start that God idea, and much much more,
Exclusive community : you'll be a part of our online app, where only members will be a part.
Specific target groups : We have specific groups for each person, we are creating an academy for the whole family unit, most people start with the core group which is "The fruitful life" but if you are a mom we have "the virtuous Women" group, if you are a homeschool mom and are looking to give your kids out of the box biblical teachings on certain Attitudes they should aquire to be successful in the world "the Co-op Cub" will be is for you, now if you are a man looking to grow as a leader in your home "The Young & wise" grouo will be good for you, and finally if you are an entrepreneur or wanting to start a business "The Tulsa Entrepreneurs Association" will help you get that idea off the ground and run your business more effectively.
monthly conferences : every month we will hold a unique conference where every member will be invited, and have the ability to join in person or online, these conferences will have a word from Roberto & Brittany about what God places in their heart for that meeting, then we will go over one practical way to apply our faith, have time for questions at the end and receive ministry or help in specific areas.

Question 1: Could I check out one of the meetings first before signing up for any program?

Question 2: Is this life coaching?
It is not, nevertheless, the Garcia's highly value marriage, parenting, wholeness and their relationship with God so there will be lots of life coaching principles that will be involved throughout our meetings etc. We believe you are not truly winning in life if you are failing at home, so we want to help our clients to win at home too.
Question 3: What if I need more help and require 1 on 1 attention?
We are currently not offering 1 -1 coaching however we have provided more then enough tools, resources and group meetings for you to get results
Question 4: What does the online school include?
It will include the fundamentals of faith, how to think correctly, money, understanding and having a healthy view of wealth, marriage, how to believe God for specific things, how to disciple others etc
Question 5: I can't afford $49 a month?
No problem we have been there before, one of the principles that has gotten us to where we are is the principle of sowing and reaping, when you sow with love and faith it produces great results, so with that being said we want to teach everyone the importance of sowing, so our monthly fee is $49/m per member, but you can join and start at any amount above $15/m, $20, $25, $30, $35 + even if you start at any of the other amounts you can go up to $49 eventually as you begin applying what we teach, we believe $49/m will be no issue for you. If you can't do $15 we will set aside a time to chat at the end of the meetings as we believe if that is the case you need to urgently apply some things in your life to see fast results.
Question 6: What if I want to join any of the other groups within the academy?
The cost to join any of the other groups starts between $40/m - $49/m, so you would have to pay the additional cost for that group to join it, since you get additional meetings and resources for each specific group, if you are unable to pay the full amount for each group, every single group has the choice to start at any amount above $15/m to start with the exception of "The Tulsa Entrepreneurs Association" the minimum amount to join that group is $47/m and it does not have the ability to start as a lesser amount, that group gives you even more resources and also gives you access to our software to integrate within your business.
We never want money to keep you from receiving training & education which is why we have a start our academy at any amount, we all start somewhere. We have a recommender amount, however you have choices to start at a different amount depending where you are at and what you are able to sow
